Odysseas Voutsas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Kacper Czubski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Rab Cura made a huge save. If Filippo Basse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lakis Traganitis made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Lakis Traganitis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luis Laurendi. rock's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lakis Traganitis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. rock's Luis Laurendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Venieris in the 62nd minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, RODOS F.C.'s Marcin Wawro made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luis Laurendi was left in no man's land by his defense there!
