In the last second Tolis Prinianakis throw himself and got hold of the ball when Cristian Botasso in the 5thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 7 minutes GREEN LIONS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thanos Kolokithopoulos who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Thanos Kolokithopoulos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GREEN LIONS's Tolis Prinianakis did a great save. After 15 minutes of play, GREEN LIONS's Calisto Flayre made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manolis Ntouvaris was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, Drafi's Daniel Malinovský sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tolis Prinianakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Cristian Botasso came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Drafi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Botasso couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the game, Drafi's Cristian Botasso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tolis Prinianakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Calisto Flayre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Manolis Ntouvaris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Drafi's Cristian Botasso got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Kleon Sgouros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drafi's supporters rose to their feet, but Kleon Sgouros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tolis Prinianakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. GREEN LIONS's Tolis Prinianakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save GREEN LIONS from getting a goal against them. Drafi were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after GREEN LIONS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thanos Kolokithopoulos took the corner. In the 43rd minute, Soulis Felegakis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tolis Prinianakis, passed just outside the right post. In the 45th match minute, GREEN LIONS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fokas Vamvakas to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Thanos Kolokithopoulos in the 46th minute really tested Tolis Prinianakis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Benny Hill was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. GREEN LIONS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience was convinced that Calisto Flayre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manolis Ntouvaris was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 65th minute Cristian Botasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolis Prinianakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Drafi's Cristian Botasso suffered a fractured collar bone after 66 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 66 minutes, Fokas Vamvakas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GREEN LIONS and the Drafi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fokas Vamvakas hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, GREEN LIONS's Calisto Flayre ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Manolis Ntouvaris. Manolis Ntouvaris yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Tolis Prinianakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Soulis Felegakis's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind GREEN LIONS's goalkeeper Tolis Prinianakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tolis Prinianakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatziioannou Stavrakos in the 92nd minute of the match. GREEN LIONS's Tolis Prinianakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziioannou Stavrakos in the 96th minute of play. GREEN LIONS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
