Spectators: 9240 (Terracing: 6931, Seating: 2125, VIP seats: 184) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Themos Leontiadis got the match started through his kick off. Edmundo Nóbrega made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Trivνdhi's Spyros Zelelidis. A sloppy throw-in by Antonis Linardakis in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Trivνdhi's Tom Hollande. In the 9th minute, Panagiotis Kavazis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Trivνdhi's Panagiotis Kavazis got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonis Linardakis made in the 12th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Trivνdhi's Tom Hollande. Themos Leontiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaggelos Kazazis having to interfere. Themos Leontiadiss short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Evaggelos Kazazis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Trivνdhi defense, Themos Leontiadis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaggelos Kazazis. The Trivνdhi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaggelos Kazazis should have stopped the shot. Trivνdhi's Tom Hollande quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Antonis Linardakis, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Themos Leontiadis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Evaggelos Kazazis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Themos Leontiadis scored 3-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaggelos Kazazis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Themos Leontiadis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Evaggelos Kazazis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 36 minutes into the match, Allan Corrigan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evaggelos Kazazis. Trivνdhi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Allan Corrigan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Panionios MK's Antonis Linardakis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tom Hollande in the 40 minute of the game. When Panionios MK's Themos Leontiadis in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trivνdhi's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th minute, Panionios MK's Themos Leontiadis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Evaggelos Kazazis. Evaggelos Kazazis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Panagiotis Kavazis was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Panionios MK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Antonis Linardakis hit a great ball. Trivνdhi's Evaggelos Kazazis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themos Leontiadis in the 54th minute of play. Evaggelos Kazazis came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Panionios MK's Allan Corrigan. But to his dismay, Allan Corrigan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Themos Leontiadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Corrigan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evaggelos Kazazis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Tom Hollande threw the ball into play from the sideline. Panionios MK's Antonis Linardakis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Themos Leontiadis in the 65th minute of play forced Trivνdhi's goalkeeper Evaggelos Kazazis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Themos Leontiadis in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaggelos Kazazis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Themos Leontiadis might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evaggelos Kazazis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Themos Leontiadis ran back to his position shaking his head. Evaggelos Kazazis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Themos Leontiadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Trivνdhi's goal looked a bit too open when Themos Leontiadis came free, but Evaggelos Kazazis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaggelos Kazazis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Corrigan's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Themos Leontiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaggelos Kazazis having to interfere. Evaggelos Kazazis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Corrigan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Themos Leontiadis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evaggelos Kazazis having to make a save. 89 minutes into the match, Themos Leontiadis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evaggelos Kazazis. Trivνdhi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Themos Leontiadis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Allan Corrigan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 97 played minutes Trivνdhi got a freekick which was hit by Tom Hollande. When the referee ended the match the Panionios MK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
