The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eetu Kinisjärvi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eemeli Järvenperä hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Yrjö Kangasniemi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Eetu Kinisjärvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC UK's Kustavi Sihvonen got a free kick in the 16th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Visa Kesä got free with Ercan Taygun in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yrjö Kangasniemi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joni Törmänen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Eetu Kinisjärvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Leas Legender defense, Yrjö Kangasniemi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eetu Kinisjärvi. The Leas Legender fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eetu Kinisjärvi should have stopped the shot. Yrjö Kangasniemi struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Eetu Kinisjärvi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC UK. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ercan Taygun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reima Väisänen in the 59th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Witomir Kowalski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Yrjö Kangasniemi notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Leas Legender's Eetu Kinisjärvi. Eetu Kinisjärvi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Visa Kesä recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded FC UK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Leas Legender.
