Spectators: 7376 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) 4 minutes into the game, Daniel Tervo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Gadfly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holiseva the free kick. In the 4th match minute, FC Gadfly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Tervo to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Tervo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Anselmi Koski made a huge save. When Topi Uusikartano fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holiseva's protests and gave Topi Uusikartano a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Holiseva got a freekick which was hit by Topi Uusikartano. Anselmi Koski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erikas Gurčinas in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ilpo Luotonen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holiseva's supporters rose to their feet, but Ilpo Luotonen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beppe Alati breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Ilpo Luotonen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nuutti Lindelöf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmi Koski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Nuutti Lindelöf received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anselmi Koski came out and tried to block the shot, but Nuutti Lindelöf slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the game, one of Holiseva:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Anselmi Koski went to the wrong direction when Kuisma Jokinen was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 31st minute, Daniel Tervo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the game, Robert Kesä cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Beppe Alati was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anselmi Koski was a little too slow when Nuutti Lindelöf got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 2-1. After a rather tough play, Holiseva's Topi Uusikartano got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Daniel Tervo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. FC Gadfly's Daniel Tervo got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Daniel Tervo off the ground. In the 43rd minute, Daniel Tervo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nuutti Lindelöf in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmi Koski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Erikas Gurčinas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Gadfly's supporters rose to their feet, but Erikas Gurčinas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmi Koski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The supporters of FC Gadfly booed when Holiseva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylvesteri Lähteenmäki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anselmi Koski came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Gadfly's Erikas Gurčinas. But to his dismay, Erikas Gurčinas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Nuutti Lindelöf blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anselmi Koski having to make a save. Anselmi Koski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erikas Gurčinas in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute, Atro Leinonen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Gadfly getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Iivari Lyytikäinen hit a great ball. Reima Elo charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reima Elo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Reima Elo kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Gadfly getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Erikas Gurčinas hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes FC Gadfly got a freekick which was hit by Iivari Lyytikäinen. After 79 played minutes FC Gadfly got a freekick which was hit by Aarni Kananen. After 81 played minutes FC Gadfly got a freekick which was hit by Aarni Kananen. Beppe Alati was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hemminki Alanko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erikas Gurčinas in the 85th minute of play forced Holiseva's goalkeeper Anselmi Koski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuutti Lindelöf struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Anselmi Koski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Gadfly. In the 94th minute of the match Kuisma Jokinen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anselmi Koski skillfully saved the ball. Beppe Alati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilpo Luotonen in the 96th minute of play. Nuutti Lindelöf might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmi Koski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nuutti Lindelöf ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the FC Gadfly players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
