Kääpä FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aadolf Kananen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lassi Lehtilä breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pirttikoski's Lassi Lehtilä played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aadolf Kananen in the 44th minute of play. Kääpä FC's Topi Vikström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Kääpä FC from getting a goal against them. Pirttikoski's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valtteri Bruun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valio Kuivaharju's late challenge caught a Kääpä FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valio Kuivaharju helped the player get up and apologised. Valio Kuivaharju kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match.
