Markku Rahkola kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Arsi Joenväärä received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Samuli Kemppainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimo Ristilä kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. If Arsi Joenväärä had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Jaakob Valtonen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuli Kemppainen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Muurimäki FC's Keijo Pärssinen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Muurimäki FC from getting a goal against them. After 26 minutes, Arsi Joenväärä made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Niskala IFK's Samuli Kemppainen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Niskala IFK's Samuli Kemppainen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaakob Valtonen in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markku Rahkola in the 37th minute of play forced Muurimäki FC's goalkeeper Keijo Pärssinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes Niskala IFK got a freekick which was hit by Toni Korpisalo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Arsi Joenväärä might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuli Kemppainen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuli Kemppainen came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Muurimäki FC's Arsi Joenväärä. But to his dismay, Arsi Joenväärä quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. With a little luck, Niskala IFK's Samuli Kemppainen got control of the ball when Panu Peltonen tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Panu Peltonen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Niskala IFK's zone, Jaakob Valtonen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuli Kemppainen came out of the goal and Jaakob Valtonen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Panu Peltonen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panu Peltonen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Samuli Kemppainen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Arsi Joenväärä sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Muurimäki FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
