Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kauno Kevari kicked off to start the match. When Uuno Kuusela fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ollaa Paskoja FC's protests and gave Uuno Kuusela a yellow card for diving instead. Uuno Kuusela hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, Ollaa Paskoja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iikka Kilpelä came free, but Miska Setälä reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes FC Pirunrakki got a freekick which was hit by Pirkka Hagman. With his leg Miska Setälä managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when FC Pirunrakki's Iikka Kilpelä fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rami Junnila received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miska Setälä came out and tried to block the shot, but Rami Junnila slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Miska Setälä stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iikka Kilpelä's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After 17 played minutes FC Pirunrakki got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Jokela. Veijo Viitanen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauno Kevari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Arsi Haapaniemi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ollaa Paskoja FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsi Haapaniemi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veijo Viitanen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the match, Kauno Kevari notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Pirunrakki's Veijo Viitanen. Veijo Viitanen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Miska Setälä made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iikka Kilpelä in the 31st minute. Veijo Viitanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauno Kevari, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ollaa Paskoja FC's Ari Kallijärvi got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Veijo Viitanen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauno Kevari in the 46th minute of play. Patrik Jokela kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Miska Setälä made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iikka Kilpelä in the 58th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Einari Uhlbäck took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Veijo Viitanen to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ari Kallijärvi got free with Veijo Viitanen in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mikael Keinänen hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes, Ollaa Paskoja FC's Arsi Haapaniemi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Veijo Viitanen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ollaa Paskoja FC reached it. The audience was convinced that Iikka Kilpelä's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miska Setälä was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 73rd minute Iikka Kilpelä shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miska Setälä saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iikka Kilpelä sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vesa Ruohiainen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miska Setälä. Ollaa Paskoja FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to FC Pirunrakki getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Patrik Jokela hit a great ball. Kerkko Koivula made in the 81st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Einari Uhlbäck. Veijo Viitanen came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ollaa Paskoja FC's Einari Uhlbäck. But to his dismay, Einari Uhlbäck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iikka Kilpelä in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miska Setälä prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miska Setälä came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pirunrakki's Rami Junnila. But to his dismay, Rami Junnila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The audience was convinced that Iikka Kilpelä's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miska Setälä was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Kimi Ruuttu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
