When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ilmari Kukkonen made a kick off. The supporters of Tolja booed when Selkie IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juha-Pekka Lagerblom didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Tolja's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ilppo Nieminen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tolja fully deserved thier win.
