Pekko Laakso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-2 became the score in the 24th minute when Pekko Laakso elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pekko Laakso succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. Päiviö Siivonen charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Päiviö Siivonen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, F.C Sülüklü's Topias Suominen got a free kick in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Viantie IFK's zone, Norbert Furgat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eemeli Blom came out of the goal and Norbert Furgat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute Topias Suominen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eemeli Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hemminki Kortelainen was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Hemminki Kortelainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Kaivola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Viantie IFK's Hemminki Kortelainen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Kaivola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Pekko Laakso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes, Norbert Furgat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C Sülüklü and the Viantie IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hemminki Kortelainen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Viantie IFK fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Viantie IFK's Pekko Laakso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Topias Suominen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
