Pyry Järvenperä showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arho Kosonen, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Pispala IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Aadolf Koskenkorva came free, but Heikki Kaltiainen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rainer Hedberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. A collision led to Pispala IFK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rainer Hedberg hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pispala IFK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fårfarmen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
