Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miika Piiroinen got the match started through his kick off. Miika Piiroinen struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Mika Palander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Höljäkkä. Miika Piiroinen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mika Palander came out and tried to block the shot, but Miika Piiroinen slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Ahvo Penttilä came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Fesbra FC's Heikki Siponen. But to his dismay, Heikki Siponen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Fesbra FC booed when Höljäkkä was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teuvo Hakanen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fesbra FC's Marko Ikola got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Marko Ikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fesbra FC's Heikki Siponen in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Höljäkkä's goalie prevented a goal. Ahvo Penttilä stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marko Ikola's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Fesbra FC's Aaro Saastamoinen got a free kick in the 34th minute. Miika Piiroinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mika Palander having to interfere. Mika Palander made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Pertti Takala sent off a good shot on target. Pertti Takalas short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Mika Palander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marko Ikola struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Aaro Saastamoinen's late challenge caught a Höljäkkä's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaro Saastamoinen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Fesbra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaro Saastamoinen to maneuver through the defense. Aaro Saastamoinen hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After 49th play minutes Pertti Takala shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Mika Palander and just under the crossbar into goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to Fesbra FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Petri Sorsamäki hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Fesbra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miika Piiroinen came free, but Mika Palander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Höljäkkä's Ahvo Penttilä played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heikki Siponen in the 71st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Marko Ikola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fesbra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marko Ikola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahvo Penttilä breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahvo Penttilä made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Marko Ikola sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th match minute, Fesbra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakari Lampi to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Pietari Rauvola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Fesbra FC's Marko Ikola got a free kick in the 81st minute. Marko Ikola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the match, Heikki Siponen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ahvo Penttilä, 2-2. Fesbra FC's Mika Palander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miika Piiroinen in the 90th minute of play. Marko Ikola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fesbra FC's zone, Pertti Takala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mika Palander came out of the goal and Pertti Takala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahvo Penttilä took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heikki Siponen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
