Spectators: 7183 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tauno Timoska got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Tauno Rosenqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Köpböle FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tauno Rosenqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 3 minutes into the match, Tino Puistola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hemminki Alin. Paksal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tino Puistola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Manne Kopelmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Veikka Multaharju made a huge save. The supporters of Köpböle FC booed when Paksal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaakko Lamminen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hemminki Alin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tauno Rosenqvist in the 18th minute of play. Hemminki Alin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tauno Rosenqvist in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Tino Puistola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hemminki Alin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tino Puistola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Hemminki Alin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tino Puistola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tauno Timoska fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paksal FC's protests and gave Tauno Timoska a yellow card for diving instead. If Tauno Rosenqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paksal FC's Hemminki Alin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tauno Rosenqvist in the 44th minute of play. After 45 minutes, Jesse Wallen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Köpböle FC and the Paksal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jesse Wallen kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Jukka Siponen managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tauno Rosenqvist to make the kick off. Veikka Multaharju showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tauno Timoska, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Veikka Multaharju took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manne Kopelmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 played minutes Köpböle FC got a freekick which was hit by Taneli Anttila. 73 minutes into the game, Tino Puistola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Köpböle FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paksal FC the free kick. In the 73rd match minute, Köpböle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tino Puistola to maneuver through the defense. Elmer Ranne kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. If Manne Kopelmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tauno Timoska in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Veikka Multaharju saved Köpböle FC from getting behind. In the 83rdth minute of the game Manne Kopelmo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Köpböle FC's Veikka Multaharju was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Veikka Multaharju made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tauno Timoska in the 87th minute of play. Manne Kopelmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veikka Multaharju didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tauno Timoska went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 97th minute, Tauno Timoska left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paksal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Paksal FC had won after a very even match.
