Raine Kunnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aarto Pihlman in the 15th minute of play. If Aarto Pihlman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervásio Castilho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markku Kaivola in the 24th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Aarto Pihlman put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Raine Kunnas. Raine Kunnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aarto Pihlman, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The throw-in from Joni Ranne in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Blue Mountain State's Toni Sorsa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aarto Pihlman in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raine Kunnas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 40 played minutes isopenis got a freekick which was hit by Janne Turunen. A collision led to Blue Mountain State getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Pellervo Lehtonen hit a great ball. Raine Kunnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aarto Pihlman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Aarto Pihlman made the kick off in the second half. When Petteri Snellman came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the isopenis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petteri Snellman couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markku Kaivola in the 53rd minute of play forced Blue Mountain State's goalkeeper Gervásio Castilho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervásio Castilho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eerikki Kenig in the 54th minute. In the 55thth minute of the game Aarto Pihlman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but isopenis's Raine Kunnas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Pellervo Lehtonen fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blue Mountain State's protests and gave Pellervo Lehtonen a yellow card for diving instead. Aarto Pihlman took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raine Kunnas. Raine Kunnas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 66th minute of the match Fabricio Suarez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raine Kunnas skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Aarto Pihlman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blue Mountain State's supporters rose to their feet, but Aarto Pihlman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raine Kunnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the game, Aatami Meltoranta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blue Mountain State's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave isopenis the free kick. The supporters of isopenis booed when Blue Mountain State was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aatami Meltoranta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes, isopenis's Ossian Virta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gervásio Castilho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in isopenis reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Pellervo Lehtonen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blue Mountain State's supporters rose to their feet, but Pellervo Lehtonen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raine Kunnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 80 played minutes Blue Mountain State got a freekick which was hit by Kimi Myllys. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind isopenis's goalkeeper Raine Kunnas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pellervo Lehtonen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eerikki Kenig came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the isopenis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eerikki Kenig couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Blue Mountain State booed when isopenis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joni Ranne didn't get a good kick on the ball.
