In the 9th minute Petteri Snellman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Visa Pihkala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilkka Kokko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raine Kunnas having to interfere. Raine Kunnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilkka Kokko, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. If Petteri Snellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to fc yliutos getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Aappo Kuivalainen hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Petteri Snellman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Visa Pihkala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aatto Sorsamäki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When fc yliutos's Ilkka Kokko in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye isopenis's goalie prevented a goal. Elmer Lindfors's late challenge caught a isopenis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elmer Lindfors helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of isopenis booed when fc yliutos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elmer Lindfors didn't get a good kick on the ball. fc yliutos's Visa Pihkala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eerikki Kenig in the 49th minute of play.

The wind increased when Ilkka Kokko made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, fc yliutos's goal looked a bit too open when Petteri Snellman came free, but Visa Pihkala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Joni Viitanen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petteri Snellman in the 57th minute of play forced fc yliutos's goalkeeper Visa Pihkala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was a penalty for fc yliutos! 83 minutes into the match, fc yliutos's goalkeeper Visa Pihkala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eerikki Kenig. fc yliutos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Petteri Snellman scored to the left of an out of position Visa Pihkala, making the score, 0-2. If Eerikki Kenig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, isopenis's Petteri Snellman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Visa Pihkala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eerikki Kenig was extremely unlucky when he, in the 98th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The isopenis players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
