Tapio Enola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ukko Helkamo in the 46th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eevert Kyrönlahti to strike the kick off in the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tapio Enola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Simo Karjalainen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kylänlahti's supporters rose to their feet, but Simo Karjalainen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herkko Gustafsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute, Jalmari Rautee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Kyljys's goal looked a bit too open when Urmas Kinisjärvi came free, but Herkko Gustafsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
