Eetu Haapaniemi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antti Palonen having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Eetu Haapaniemi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antti Palonen. Tampereen palloveikot's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eetu Haapaniemi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. The supporters of Imatran palloseura booed when Tampereen palloveikot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position.
