Spectators: 7622 (Terracing: 5833, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Keijo Blom got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keijo Vihtilä in the 3rd minute of play forced Tampereen palloveikot's goalkeeper Antti Palonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keijo Blom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Keijo Blom put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Antti Palonen. Kari Haanpää hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Tampereen palloveikot's Aleksi Brinck got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Tampereen palloveikot booed when Myras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teemu Oksa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Tampereen palloveikot's Kari Haanpää ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eerik Järvenperä. Eerik Järvenperä yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 30thth minute of the game Keijo Blom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tampereen palloveikot's Antti Palonen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Keijo Blom might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antti Palonen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Keijo Blom ran back to his position shaking his head. After 40 played minutes Tampereen palloveikot got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Kirjonen. Keijo Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Antti Palonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Keijo Vihtilä had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Myras FC's Keijo Blom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antti Palonen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Keijo Vihtilä received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Antti Palonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Keijo Blom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antti Palonen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Aleksi Brinck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Myras FC's Keijo Vihtilä got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aapo Nybacka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keijo Blom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keijo Vihtilä received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Antti Palonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Keijo Blom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antti Palonen was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. When Keijo Vihtilä came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Myras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keijo Vihtilä couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Myras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aapo Nybacka came free, but Eerik Järvenperä reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Keijo Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Antti Palonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eerik Järvenperä took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aapo Nybacka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Myras FC's Keijo Blom got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tampereen palloveikot's goalkeeper Antti Palonen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Keijo Blom might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antti Palonen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Keijo Blom ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes in the game, Keijo Vihtilä fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Antti Palonen having to interfere. Myras FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
