Petri Vallin hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. When Keijo Blom came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Myras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keijo Blom couldn't finish the play. With his leg Rasmus Virtanen managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Myras FC's Keijo Vihtilä fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 21st minute Jyrki Kuhta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eerik Järvenperä saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lamperi's goalkeeper Rasmus Virtanen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Keijo Vihtilä received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Rasmus Virtanen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Hakaniemi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Onni Noponen during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rasmus Virtanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keijo Blom, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 40 minutes, Petri Vallin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lamperi and the Myras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Petri Vallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rasmus Virtanen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keijo Blom in the 41st minute of the match. Aarne Louke kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Keijo Vihtilä notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Lamperi's Rasmus Virtanen. Rasmus Virtanen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute of the match Turkka Paatelainen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eerik Järvenperä skillfully saved the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jyrki Kuhta to make the kick off. Keijo Blom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rasmus Virtanen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Keijo Blom's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Petri Vallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Lamperi getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Anttoni Kärnä hit a great ball. After 62 minutes of play, Lamperi's Daniel Hakaniemi made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eerik Järvenperä was left in no man's land by his defense there! Myras FC's Eerik Järvenperä played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jyrki Kuhta in the 68th minute of play. Petri Vallin was shown his second yellow card after 69 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rasmus Virtanen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keijo Blom in the 87th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Keijo Vihtilä ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rasmus Virtanen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lamperi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Myras FC.
