Malkamäki's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Malkamäki's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Hakaniemi came free, but Sulevi Sinkkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joakim Lindelöf kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Allan Hakaniemi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute, Joakim Lindelöf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Allan Hakaniemi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Sulevi Sinkkonen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Piispa went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joakim Lindelöf was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Atte Ristilä managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ŁKS Mlexer Elblag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atte Ristilä was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atte Ristilä might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sulevi Sinkkonen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Atte Ristilä ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Malkamäki's zone, Valentin Piispa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sulevi Sinkkonen came out of the goal and Valentin Piispa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Allan Hakaniemi came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sulevi Sinkkonen could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Piispa in the 65th minute of play forced Malkamäki's goalkeeper Sulevi Sinkkonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Malkamäki's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Piispa came free, but Sulevi Sinkkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Allan Hakaniemi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sulevi Sinkkonen having to interfere. Allan Hakaniemi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Piispa in the 76th minute of play forced Malkamäki's goalkeeper Sulevi Sinkkonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Valentin Piispa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sulevi Sinkkonen. Valentin Piispa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Allan Hakaniemi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sulevi Sinkkonen having to interfere. Sulevi Sinkkonen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valentin Piispa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 85 minute of play. Valentin Piispa hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 90 played minutes Malkamäki got a freekick which was hit by Sampsa Mäntylä. Allan Hakaniemi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sulevi Sinkkonen having to interfere. Valentin Piispa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sulevi Sinkkonen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When the match was over ŁKS Mlexer Elblag could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Malkamäki throughout the match.
