Riku Ilola went to the wrong direction when Patrik Wallen was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 16th minute, Konstantin Palolahti made a precise shot to the right of Riku Ilola. FC FINLAND's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Ale Hirvonen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valio Koivuranta, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Untamo Lehtinen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. When the match was over FC FINLAND could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nättäri Sports throughout the match.
