Spectators: 7586 (Terracing: 5799, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Turkka Takavirta made the kick off which started today's match. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Raumo's Anton Kinnunen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Veli Koivuniemi. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Turkka Takavirta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inkeranta !'s Veli Koivuniemi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jere Pisto in the 17th minute of play. Turkka Takavirta might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tauno Hiltunen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turkka Takavirta ran back to his position shaking his head. Turkka Takavirta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute of the match Niko Marttila sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Veli Koivuniemi skillfully saved the ball. Tauno Hiltunen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turkka Takavirta, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Turkka Takavirta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inkeranta !'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Turkka Takavirta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Kadri Ergintuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Ahmet Kadri Ergintuğ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inkeranta !'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Kadri Ergintuğ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tauno Hiltunen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jere Pisto was the one to do the kick off. Juha Kallijärvi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Urpo Laaksonen charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urpo Laaksonen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Urpo Laaksonen kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 64 minutes in the game, Turkka Takavirta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tauno Hiltunen having to interfere. If Turkka Takavirta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Veli Koivuniemi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iivo Paukkunen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inkeranta !'s Veli Koivuniemi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Kinnunen in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Inkeranta !'s goal looked a bit too open when Jere Pisto came free, but Veli Koivuniemi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Juha Kallijärvi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inkeranta !'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Raumo the free kick. Juha Kallijärvi kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Inkeranta ! defense, Jere Pisto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Veli Koivuniemi. The Inkeranta ! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Veli Koivuniemi should have stopped the shot. Jarkko Niskala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veli Koivuniemi having to interfere. Juha Kallijärvi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tauno Hiltunen having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Aykut Ayberk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ossi Anttila took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Veli Koivuniemi. Inkeranta !'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tauno Hiltunen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turkka Takavirta in the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, one of Inkeranta !:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sami Hedberg shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ahmet Kadri Ergintuğ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tauno Hiltunen having to make a save. The FC Raumo support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
