Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Jäätävä Polte's Miska Jokiranta started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Eero Moskuvaara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Gunners and the FC Jäätävä Polte players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 2 played minutes SC Gunners got a freekick which was hit by Eero Moskuvaara. Petteri Laaksonen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Miikka Vauhkonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miska Jokiranta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miikka Vauhkonen having to make a save. Perttu Perälä made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Matti Manneroos sent off a good shot on target. Hannu Huokko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hannu Huokko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Perttu Perälä came out and tried to block the shot, but Hannu Huokko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Ahto Sjögren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC Jäätävä Polte's zone, Arho Kiviranta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perttu Perälä came out of the goal and Arho Kiviranta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to SC Gunners getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Arho Kiviranta hit a great ball. If Hannu Huokko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matti Mannerooss short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Perttu Perälä to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hannu Huokko to make the kick off. SC Gunners's Hannu Huokko got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hannu Huokko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC Jäätävä Polte getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Juuso Kaltiainen hit a great ball. Perttu Perälä didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hannu Huokko went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When Hannu Huokko came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the SC Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hannu Huokko couldn't finish the play. Perttu Perälä stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Askolin's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. If Hannu Huokko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80thth minute of the game Hannu Huokko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Jäätävä Polte's Perttu Perälä was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matti Manneroos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 93 minutes, Matti Manneroos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Gunners's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matti Manneroos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute, Benjamin Askolin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miikka Vauhkonen was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kim Kuuri. There was no doubt that SC Gunners were the better team. SC Gunners's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
