Aleksanteri Levokari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes, Ernesti Kousa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altona FC and the Menikkala IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Altona FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesti Kousa. Kustaa Tuominen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Willman in the 81st minute of play. When Veijo Brunila fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altona FC's protests and gave Veijo Brunila a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Veijo Brunila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
