Janne Puutio kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Auno Vähäsavo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Santtu Noponen made a huge save. Santtu Noponen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Risto Tuokko showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Risto Tuokko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taivasvanne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chupapi Munyayo the free kick. In the 26th match minute, Taivasvanne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Risto Tuokko to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Chupapi Munyayo's goal looked a bit too open when Risto Tuokko came free, but Santtu Noponen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Auno Vähäsavo got free with Santtu Noponen in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santtu Noponen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janne Puutio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Mika Pihlajamäki made the kick off in the second half. When Tauno Ketola fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chupapi Munyayo's protests and gave Tauno Ketola a yellow card for diving instead. Tauno Ketola hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the game, Taivasvanne's Janne Puutio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santtu Noponen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Tauno Ketola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaarlo Järvenperä having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksis Viander in the 83rd minute of play forced Taivasvanne's goalkeeper Kaarlo Järvenperä to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Taivasvanne getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Eemeli Kinnunen hit a great ball. In the 96th match minute, Taivasvanne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Riksman to maneuver through the defense. Taivasvanne's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
