After having played for 12 minutes, Verneri Rimpilä managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Minos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Verneri Rimpilä was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute Aapeli Lundell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaarlo Loikala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aapeli Lundell in the 16th minute of play forced FC Bardridlan C.F's goalkeeper Kaarlo Loikala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes, Jaakoppi Määttä mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Bardridlan C.F and the FC Minos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Jaakoppi Määttä hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timo Savijoki was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Kaarlo Loikala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aapeli Lundell, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Verneri Rimpilä in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kaarlo Loikala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, FC Minos's Timo Savijoki got a free kick in the 24th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Jari Kemppainen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Bardridlan C.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jari Kemppainen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Aaron Somervuori was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bardridlan C.F's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Minos the free kick. The supporters of FC Minos booed when FC Bardridlan C.F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Somervuori didn't get a good kick on the ball. Verneri Rimpilä fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaarlo Loikala having to interfere. When FC Minos's Aapeli Lundell in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bardridlan C.F's goalie prevented a goal. After 38 played minutes FC Minos got a freekick which was hit by Ukko Hautamäki. Kaarlo Loikala came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Minos's Aapeli Lundell. But to his dismay, Aapeli Lundell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 47th play minute Jari Kemppainen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Timo Furuholm. 1-2.

Timo Furuholm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jari Kemppainen's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Verneri Rimpilä struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Kaarlo Loikala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Minos. Verneri Rimpilä blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaarlo Loikala having to make a save. After having played for 68 minutes, Ukko Hautamäki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Minos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ukko Hautamäki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Verneri Rimpilä took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Kaarlo Loikala to make any attempt to save it. Jari Kemppainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timo Furuholm having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Aapeli Lundell managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Minos's supporters rose to their feet, but Aapeli Lundell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaarlo Loikala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verneri Rimpilä in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Bardridlan C.F's goalkeeper Kaarlo Loikala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Bardridlan C.F booed when FC Minos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ukko Hautamäki didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded FC Minos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Bardridlan C.F.
