Kullervo Hiukka scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lasse Kuivaharju, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Sampo Pihkala fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saramo's protests and gave Sampo Pihkala a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Singsby HF a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jan Ojanen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Saramo's Lasse Kuivaharju. 0-2. Lasse Kuivaharju showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kullervo Hiukka in the 22nd minute of the match. Leevi Hernesniemis short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Akseli Kouhi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Akseli Kouhi made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Leevi Hernesniemi sent off a good shot on target. Akseli Kouhi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leevi Hernesniemi in the 32nd minute. Niklas Uotila charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niklas Uotila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leevi Hernesniemi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Akseli Kouhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leevi Hernesniemi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akseli Kouhi having to interfere. Voitto Markkula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akseli Kouhi having to interfere. If Leevi Hernesniemi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Leevi Hernesniemi sped through Singsby HF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Akseli Kouhi. Lasse Kuivaharju made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Uotila in the 74th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Singsby HF's zone, Leevi Hernesniemi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Akseli Kouhi came out of the goal and Leevi Hernesniemi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Voitto Markkula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Akseli Kouhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aarno Turunen during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Singsby HF booed when Saramo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aarno Turunen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes, Singsby HF's Jan Ojanen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lasse Kuivaharju came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Singsby HF reached it. Singsby HF's Akseli Kouhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leevi Hernesniemi in the 86th minute of play. Leevi Hernesniemi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Singsby HF's Esko Tallqvist got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Esko Tallqvist off the ground. 94 minutes into the match, Singsby HF's goal looked a bit too open when Leevi Hernesniemi came free, but Akseli Kouhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Akseli Kouhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leevi Hernesniemi, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Singsby HF succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Saramo had controlled the match.
