In the 36th play minute Lassi Tammisto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nikolai Lampinen. 1-0. If Leevi Mikkonen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th play minute Lassi Tammisto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nikolai Lampinen. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 54th minute, Leevi Mikkonen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nikolai Lampinen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 57 played minutes Team Vires got a freekick which was hit by Tero Ilola. The supporters of 300 booed when Team Vires was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tero Ilola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lassi Tammisto hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Team Vires defense, Pertti Kenig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toni Kopola. The Team Vires fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toni Kopola should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Lassi Tammisto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Nikolai Lampinen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pertti Kenig in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Toni Kopola, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilppo Lamminen in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toni Kopola saved Team Vires from getting behind. Lassi Tammisto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilppo Lamminen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toni Kopola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Lassi Tammisto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolai Lampinen having to interfere.
