Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Keijo Markkula took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, Viksgård was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilho Karalahti to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Orvo Kallijärvi from long distance, 6 minutes into the match, got Friedbert Bähner's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Friedbert Bähner was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Janne Jokila capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Janne Jokila really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Aleksanteri Laine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keijo Markkula in the 13th minute of the match. Keijo Hauhtonen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Aleksanteri Laine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Markus Suoraniemi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Friedbert Bähner came out and tried to block the shot, but Markus Suoraniemi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 17th minute. Teemu Jousmäki hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Teemu Jousmäki kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Aleksanteri Laine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keijo Markkula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mafors's Tomi Ruhanen got a free kick in the 29th minute. Aleksanteri Laine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keijo Markkula in the 30th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Petri Grönvall kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Friedbert Bähner. That made the score 3-0 in the 32 minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Viksgård's goal looked a bit too open when Petri Grönvall came free, but Friedbert Bähner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petri Grönvall in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Friedbert Bähner saved Viksgård from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Mafors's Friedbert Bähner threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teemu Jousmäki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Friedbert Bähner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petri Grönvall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes Viksgård got a freekick which was hit by Vilho Karalahti. If Keijo Hauhtonen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petri Grönvall stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vilho Karalahti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksanteri Laine having to interfere. In the 57th minute Keijo Markkula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksanteri Laine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keijo Hauhtonen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Aleksanteri Laine made a huge save. Viksgård's Keijo Hauhtonen got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Markus Suoraniemi during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mafors's Markus Suoraniemi got a free kick in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Keijo Markkula's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aleksanteri Laine was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Keijo Hauhtonen struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Aleksanteri Laine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viksgård. 71 minutes into the game, Keijo Markkula lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Aleksanteri Laine. After 77 minutes, Keijo Markkula made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Mafors's Aleksanteri Laine tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teemu Jousmäki in the 82nd minute of play forced Viksgård's goalkeeper Friedbert Bähner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Mafors's goal looked a bit too open when Keijo Markkula came free, but Aleksanteri Laine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute Petri Grönvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Friedbert Bähner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 played minutes Viksgård got a freekick which was hit by Jari Heinikallio. The Mafors players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
