Sami Lähteenmäki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Kopola in the 4th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Jesse Koivula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sami Lähteenmäki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesse Koivula, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Pietari Penttilä could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Untamo Masalin made a huge save. Untamo Masalin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antti Piekkanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sami Lähteenmäki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesse Koivula in the 37th minute of the match. Jyri Myllylä kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Otto Kopola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. JJ SumU Akatemia's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesse Koivula was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sami Lähteenmäki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the match, Perhon Kiri's goalkeeper Sami Lähteenmäki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jesse Koivula. Otto Kopola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. JJ SumU Akatemia made a substitution. Eerik Myllynen replaced Pietari Sillgren. In the 73rd minute Antti Piekkanen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Untamo Masalin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Otto Kopola in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sami Lähteenmäki saved Perhon Kiri from getting behind. Sami Lähteenmäki was a little too slow when Otto Kopola got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-2. George Hagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Sami Lähteenmäki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
