Spectators: 7859 (Terracing: 5895, Seating: 1808, VIP seats: 156) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vesa Uitto made the kick off which started today's match. Leppada FC's Herkko Laitila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vesa Uitto in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Inter Armada's zone, Miika Ronkainen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sami Valkealahti came out of the goal and Miika Ronkainen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Väinö Nurmi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niko Koistinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herkko Laitila having to interfere. When Niko Koistinen came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the FC Inter Armada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niko Koistinen couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Leppada FC booed when FC Inter Armada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sami Ahmaoja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niko Koistinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herkko Laitila having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Leppada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vesa Uitto came free, but Herkko Laitila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herkko Laitila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niko Koistinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Vesa Uitto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Niko Koistinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Herkko Laitila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Miika Ronkainen fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leppada FC's protests and gave Miika Ronkainen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Miika Ronkainen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isto Siltavirta to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Vesa Uitto took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Herkko Laitila to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Vesa Uitto managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Inter Armada's supporters rose to their feet, but Vesa Uitto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herkko Laitila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 64th minute of the match Miika Ronkainen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Miika Ronkainen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 65 played minutes Leppada FC got a freekick which was hit by Miika Ronkainen. In a very dangerous position, a player in Leppada FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 68 minutes, FC Inter Armada's Armas Armada got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Herkko Laitila. The FC Inter Armada fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when FC Inter Armada's Niko Koistinen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 76th minute, Sami Ahmaoja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sami Valkealahti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Väinö Nurmi in the 78th minute of play. After 79 played minutes FC Inter Armada got a freekick which was hit by Romário Armada. Vesa Uitto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herkko Laitila having to interfere. In the 85th minute, FC Inter Armada's Vesa Uitto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Vesa Uitto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herkko Laitila having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded FC Inter Armada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Leppada FC.
