To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, FC Be's goal looked a bit too open when Veli Pietiläinen came free, but Salomon Bruun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Be defense, Daniel Venäläinen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Salomon Bruun. The FC Be fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Salomon Bruun should have stopped the shot. After having played for 37 minutes, Daniel Venäläinen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spikis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Venäläinen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Be's Salomon Bruun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Venäläinen in the 44th minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Hassinen in the 53rd minute of play forced Spikis's goalkeeper Tommi Pakarinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Lasse Hentunen fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spikis's protests and gave Lasse Hentunen a yellow card for diving instead. Lasse Hentunen hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute Allan Hassinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommi Pakarinen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Daniel Venäläinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 67th minute, Daniel Venäläinen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Salomon Bruun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Viinikainen, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 69th minute, Jeremias Hannukainen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lasse Hentunen got his second yellow card in the match during the 75th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Spikis getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Lasse Hentunen hit a great ball. Tommi Pakarinen came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Be's Jeremias Hannukainen. But to his dismay, Jeremias Hannukainen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Daniel Venäläinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salomon Bruun having to interfere. Salomon Bruun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Viinikainen in the 91st minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Spikis's goal looked a bit too open when Vili Grahn came free, but Tommi Pakarinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Spikis left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Be.
