In the 24th minute, Joel Lindberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th match minute, Amurin Tiikerit FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ale Piekkanen to maneuver through the defense. Daavid Jokinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Viander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Lindberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amurin Tiikerit FC's Mikko Aalto got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valentin Viander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Lindberg in the 43rd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Lindberg to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Trastmossen IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kyösti Kuoppala to maneuver through the defense. Daavid Jokinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Viander having to interfere. After 72 played minutes Trastmossen IFK got a freekick which was hit by Heikki Kuuri. 73 minutes into the match, Amurin Tiikerit FC's Henri Luoma broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ilpo Kokko made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Jukka-Pekka Airisto sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, Trastmossen IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Jukka-Pekka Airisto came free, but Ilpo Kokko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikko Aalto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ilpo Kokko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trastmossen IFK's Ilpo Kokko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Trastmossen IFK from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute Jukka-Pekka Airisto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilpo Kokko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Trastmossen IFK could leave the field as winners, despite Amurin Tiikerit FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
