Tuomas Lehtinen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Elmeri Lagerblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anttoni Kaski in the 19th minute of play forced Mikkolanpelto's goalkeeper Tommi Salmela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Anttoni Kaski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommi Salmela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikkolanpelto's Desiderio Maurino got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elmeri Lagerblom struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Tuomas Lehtinen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mikkolanpelto. Tony Sillgren's late challenge caught a fc remu gave me a jacket's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tuomas Lehtinen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tony Sillgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuomas Lehtinen having to interfere. Elmeri Lagerblom might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tuomas Lehtinen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elmeri Lagerblom ran back to his position shaking his head.

In the 52nd minute, Mikkolanpelto's Elmeri Lagerblom ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tuomas Lehtinen. Tuomas Lehtinen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 54th minute, Tatu Nummelin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Elmeri Lagerblom took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Tuomas Lehtinen to make any attempt to save it. 64 minutes into the match, fc remu gave me a jacket's goalkeeper Tuomas Lehtinen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radko Dragov. The Mikkolanpelto fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Mikkolanpelto's Elmeri Lagerblom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mikkolanpelto made a substitution. Stig Dalberg replaced Anttoni Hurme. After a rather tough play, Mikkolanpelto's Timo Malmivaara got a free kick in the 75th minute. Mikkolanpelto were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after fc remu gave me a jacket's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radko Dragov took the corner. After taking down the ball on Mikkolanpelto's corner Radko Dragov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tuomas Lehtinen quite easily take care of the ball. Elmeri Lagerblom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tuomas Lehtinen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Tony Sillgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mikkolanpelto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tony Sillgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mikkolanpelto's Stig Dalberg suffered a sore thigh after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game.
