Spectators: 6804 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1804, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paavali Haarala kicked off to start the match. If Valentin Keskinarkaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aappo Vihtilä in the 9th minute of play forced Kautiala FC's goalkeeper Kuisma Ripatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match, Mikael Pikkarainen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Teijo Kopola was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 17th minute Valentin Keskinarkaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuisma Ripatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teijo Kopola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paavali Haarala in the 21st minute of play. Teijo Kopola made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Mikael Pikkarainen sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Kautiala FC's Rauli Huttunen got a free kick in the 25th minute. Valentin Keskinarkaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Kuisma Ripatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teijo Kopola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paavali Haarala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teijo Kopola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paavali Haarala in the 33rd minute of play. Mikael Pikkarainen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Teijo Kopola skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 41 minutes into the match, Korsnös's Valentin Keskinarkaus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kuisma Ripatti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kuisma Ripatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Keskinarkaus's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aappo Vihtilä to make the kick off. If Mikael Pikkarainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teijo Kopola came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kautiala FC's Paavali Haarala. But to his dismay, Paavali Haarala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Paavali Haarala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teijo Kopola having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Kautiala FC's goalkeeper Kuisma Ripatti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Keskinarkaus. Paavali Haarala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tuomo Hakaniemi during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Korsnös was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tuomo Hakaniemi to maneuver through the defense. Aappo Vihtilä received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Kuisma Ripatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Aappo Vihtilä managed to get in a good position for a shot. Korsnös's supporters rose to their feet, but Aappo Vihtilä was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kuisma Ripatti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paavali Haarala in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teijo Kopola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mikael Pikkarainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teijo Kopola having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Tuomo Hakaniemi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kuisma Ripatti. That made the score 2-1 in the 95 minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kautiala FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Korsnös had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
