Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pasi Reinikainen made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Jani Järventaus sent off a good shot on target. Pasi Hentunen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pasi Hentunen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Iisakki Palonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iisakki Palonen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pasi Hentunen in the 24th minute of the match. Iiro Rosendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pasi Reinikainen having to interfere. In the 30th minute of the match, Jani Järventaus got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pasi Reinikainen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kaapro Kapanen charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaapro Kapanen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Singsby HF's Kaapro Kapanen got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Pasi Hentunen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 minutes of play, FC Helmeri's Pasi Hentunen made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iisakki Palonen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jani Järventaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Pasi Reinikainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Helmeri's Pasi Reinikainen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save FC Helmeri from getting a goal against them.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pasi Hentunen to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ahto Palenius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Singsby HF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Helmeri the free kick. In the 52nd minute, Ahto Palenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 53 minutes, Pasi Hentunen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Helmeri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pasi Hentunen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Helmeri's Pasi Reinikainen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oiva Kärnä in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Singsby HF's zone, Pasi Hentunen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iisakki Palonen came out of the goal and Pasi Hentunen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Oiva Kärnä came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Singsby HF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oiva Kärnä couldn't finish the play. Jani Järventaus scored 1-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pasi Reinikainen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute, Uolevi Kopola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Singsby HF getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Paavo Noponen hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oiva Kärnä in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pasi Reinikainen saved FC Helmeri from getting behind. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Singsby HF's goalkeeper Iisakki Palonen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Pasi Hentunen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Janne Paananen came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the FC Helmeri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Janne Paananen couldn't finish the play. Pasi Reinikainen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jani Järventaus's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. In the 97th match minute, Singsby HF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaapro Kapanen to maneuver through the defense.
