Spectators: 6930 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vili Katila started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Kassor IFK's Timo Hiltunen got a free kick in the 4th minute. If Santeri Allen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Tolos's goalkeeper Alpo Etula had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tony Murto. The supporters of Kassor IFK booed when Tolos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Rahikainen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raino Järvinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vili Katila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the game, Santeri Allen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vihtori Alatalo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vili Katila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vihtori Alatalo having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Santeri Allen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vihtori Alatalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Santeri Allen struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Vihtori Alatalo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tolos. In the 31st minute, Matias Rahikainen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute Mikael Uusitalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alpo Etula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game Matias Rahikainen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kassor IFK's Vihtori Alatalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Matias Rahikainen came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Tolos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Rahikainen couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kimmo Koskinen during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matias Rahikainen in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vihtori Alatalo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolos's Matias Rahikainen got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Tolos's Vili Katila sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vihtori Alatalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mikael Uusitalo was the one to do the kick off. Tolos's Matias Rahikainen got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vili Katila in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vihtori Alatalo saved Kassor IFK from getting behind. Vihtori Alatalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vili Katila in the 57th minute of play. Raino Järvinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johannes Heikkinen made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tolos's Taito Rinne. Vihtori Alatalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vili Katila, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Tolos's Vili Katila sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vihtori Alatalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Kassor IFK's Toni Puurunen got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Taito Rinne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vihtori Alatalo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santeri Allen in the 88th minute. In the 89th match minute, Kassor IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rainer Kirjonen to maneuver through the defense. Matias Rahikainen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Vihtori Alatalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kassor IFK's zone, Santeri Allen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vihtori Alatalo came out of the goal and Santeri Allen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vili Katila in the 94th minute of play forced Kassor IFK's goalkeeper Vihtori Alatalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Kassor IFK's Toni Puurunen got a free kick in the 95th minute.
