Spectators: 8606 (Terracing: 6456, Seating: 1979, VIP seats: 171) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antonio Belfiore got the match started through his kick off. Ylermi Kanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Belfiore, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Jonni Karalahti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsi Kaitainen in the 11th minute of play. Petteri Vuori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ylermi Kanto made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Antonio Belfiore sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Strandbyn's Ylermi Kanto got control of the ball when Antonio Belfiore tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute, Edvard Strömberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonni Karalahti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markku Ahmaoja, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Tarvo Ylimäki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as LiPaS's Antonio Belfiore slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ylermi Kanto. That made the score 3-0 after 25 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miko Haapamäki got free with Ylermi Kanto in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Strandbyn's Ylermi Kanto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Belfiore in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petteri Vuori in the 34th minute of play forced Strandbyn's goalkeeper Ylermi Kanto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th play minute Antonio Belfiore came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ylermi Kanto. 4-0. In the 39th minute, Erkki Puranen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonni Karalahti was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Antonio Belfiore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ylermi Kanto having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Ari Viander put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Strandbyn fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! Antonio Belfiore walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post.

The wind increased when Arsi Kaitainen made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the game Erno Puurula made a throw-in which Erkki Puranen played forward. Arsi Kaitainen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erkki Puranen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonni Karalahti having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Strandbyn's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Belfiore came free, but Ylermi Kanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tino Lähitie in the 64th minute of play forced Strandbyn's goalkeeper Ylermi Kanto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Antonio Belfiore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Ylermi Kanto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ylermi Kanto came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by LiPaS's Antonio Belfiore. But to his dismay, Antonio Belfiore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Ylermi Kanto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miko Haapamäki in the 81st minute of play. If Petteri Vuori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edvard Strömberg fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LiPaS's protests and gave Edvard Strömberg a yellow card for diving instead. Edvard Strömberg kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Arsi Kaitainen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ylermi Kanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miko Haapamäki, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 97th minute Antonio Belfiore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ylermi Kanto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the LiPaS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
