The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kalervo Häppölä showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teijo Viinanen in the 25th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Asmo Siren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Hannu Lahtinen kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Markus Vapamaa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Onni Rantala got free with Kalervo Häppölä in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kalervo Häppölä showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Salonen in the 37th minute of the match. Kalervo Häppölä made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teijo Viinanen in the 39th minute of play. Teemu Uotila kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. With a little luck, Naarksd's Kalervo Häppölä got control of the ball when Teijo Viinanen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keijo Nieminen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iiro Luotonen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Sauli Forss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teijo Viinanen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Teijo Viinanen came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Saarimäki FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teijo Viinanen couldn't finish the play. Kalervo Häppölä showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teijo Viinanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Sauli Forss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iiro Luotonen in the 56th minute. If Teemu Uotila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute Asmo Siren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sauli Forss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalervo Häppölä showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Onni Rantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Kalervo Häppölä came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Saarimäki FC's Benjamin Salonen. But to his dismay, Benjamin Salonen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Kalervo Häppölä didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teijo Viinanen went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Naarksd's Kalervo Häppölä played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onni Rantala in the 73rd minute of play. Kalervo Häppölä made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atso Koivu in the 75th minute of play. If Asmo Siren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atso Koivu in the 81st minute of play forced Naarksd's goalkeeper Kalervo Häppölä to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Teemu Uotila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kalervo Häppölä made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teijo Viinanen in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Teemu Uotila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Naarksd's supporters rose to their feet, but Teemu Uotila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sauli Forss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Onni Rantala in the 94th minute of play forced Naarksd's goalkeeper Kalervo Häppölä to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
