After 6 minutes of play, Jojo's Erno Myllyniemi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celalettin Erduran was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8th minute, Arvi Tuuri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aleksis Junnila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Herkko Pasanen made a huge save. In the 11th minute Juho Marttinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celalettin Erduran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arvi Tuuri during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jojo's Arvi Tuuri got a free kick in the 17th minute. The supporters of Karankamäki FC booed when Jojo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mika Järvinen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Jojo's goalkeeper Herkko Pasanen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tapio Puutio. Celalettin Erduran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erno Myllyniemi in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Juhani Hautaoja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karankamäki FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jojo the free kick. In the 24th minute, Juhani Hautaoja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Jojo's Klaus Saira got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juho Marttinen in the 36th minute of play forced Karankamäki FC's goalkeeper Celalettin Erduran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaakkima Manninen's late challenge caught a Jojo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaakkima Manninen helped the player get up and apologised. Jaakkima Manninen kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Erno Myllyniemi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celalettin Erduran was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Karankamäki FC made a substitution. Turo Lampi replaced Jaakkima Manninen. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Inocencio Christobal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Karankamäki FC's goalkeeper Celalettin Erduran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Klaus Saira. The referee felt a red card was in order, 52 minutes into the game, when Sulho Tuuri put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Karankamäki FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! After having played for 61 minutes, Aleksis Junnila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karankamäki FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksis Junnila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 62 played minutes Jojo got a freekick which was hit by Arvi Tuuri. Celalettin Erduran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juho Marttinen in the 66th minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Jojo got a corner. Karankamäki FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Klaus Saira ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Klaus Saira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Celalettin Erduran quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Herkko Pasanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksis Junnila, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Inocencio Christobal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Jojo defense, Aleksis Junnila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herkko Pasanen. The Jojo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herkko Pasanen should have stopped the shot. A hard shot 84 in the game by Juho Marttinen from a close distance when the talented Celalettin Erduran managed to make a qualified save. Karankamäki FC's players were relieved. 87 minutes into the match, Juhani Hautaoja notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Jojo's Herkko Pasanen. Herkko Pasanen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Karankamäki FC booed when Jojo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvi Tuuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Jojo's Klaus Saira to fire away a dangerous shot which Celalettin Erduran despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jojo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
