Spectators: 8419 (Terracing: 6300, Seating: 1950, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iikka Metsberg started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Iikka Metsberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Raimo Sulku. Iikka Metsberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Parpola's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Iikka Metsberg scored to the left of an out of position Raimo Sulku, making the score, 2-0. Raimo Sulku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iikka Metsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes, Eevert Ruutu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parpola and the Påvadsby FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Påvadsby FC booed when Parpola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eevert Ruutu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Terho Kesä blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimo Sulku having to make a save. After 25 minutes, Kasperi Elomo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parpola and the Påvadsby FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Terho Kesä sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarmo Kokko to make the kick off. Iikka Metsberg struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Raimo Sulku didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Påvadsby FC. Terho Kesä fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimo Sulku having to interfere. Kasperi Elomo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Markku Kangasniemi charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Markku Kangasniemi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Raimo Sulku made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Raimo Sulku made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terho Kesä in the 67th minute of play. When Jarmo Kokko came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Parpola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarmo Kokko couldn't finish the play. Terho Kesä sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Parpola's Jesse Salermo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wojciech Szczęsny narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jesse Salermo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Keijo Hytönen kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Ossi Mikkonen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raimo Sulku was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Raimo Sulku didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Terho Kesä went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Påvadsby FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
