Cláudio Lopez took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Launo Wallen. Launo Wallen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Launo Wallen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anxelu Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Uleåsalö's zone, Pertti Eerola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atro Kiviharju came out of the goal and Pertti Eerola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cláudio Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Uleåsalö's Anxelu Bermudez in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Launo Wallen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anxelu Bermudez was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Uleåsalö's Launo Wallen threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Atso Meltoranta, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 72 minutes in the game, Anxelu Bermudez fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Launo Wallen having to interfere.
