Spectators: 6932 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikko Tuulola in the 4th minute of play forced Itäkoski FC's goalkeeper Silvo Bärlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lappohja FCa's Roni Hulkkonen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Takala in the 7th minute of play. Teuvo Kiviranta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvo Bärlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 19 minutes, August Takala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itäkoski FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but August Takala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aatto Hakaniemi got free with Roni Hulkkonen in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvo Bärlund came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Lappohja FCa's Teuvo Kiviranta. But to his dismay, Teuvo Kiviranta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Silvo Bärlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikko Tuulola in the 31st minute of the match. Silvo Bärlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvar Kesä, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After having played for 37 minutes, Roni Puranen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lappohja FCa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roni Puranen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvo Bärlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teuvo Kiviranta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvo Bärlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismo Häppölä went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Ismo Häppölä made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ismo Häppölä ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvo Bärlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Silvo Bärlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teuvo Kiviranta, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Mikko Tuulola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 60 minutes into the match, Lappohja FCa's goal looked a bit too open when Aatto Hakaniemi came free, but Roni Hulkkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Itäkoski FC's Teemu Miinalainen got a free kick in the 66th minute. A hard shot 69 in the game by Ismo Häppölä from a close distance when the talented Silvo Bärlund managed to make a qualified save. Itäkoski FC's players were relieved. Alvar Kesä fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvo Bärlund having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Mikko Tuulola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ismo Häppölä got free with Silvo Bärlund in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mikko Tuulola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvo Bärlund made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Roni Puranen sent off a good shot on target. Itäkoski FC's Iiro Heinikallio got his second yellow card of the match in the 82nd minute. The referee ordered Iiro Heinikallio off the ground. A collision led to Itäkoski FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Iiro Heinikallio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teuvo Kiviranta in the 85th minute of play forced Itäkoski FC's goalkeeper Silvo Bärlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mikko Tuulola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvar Kesä received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Silvo Bärlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismo Häppölä who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Silvo Bärlund when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
