Spectators: 8180 (Terracing: 6137, Seating: 1881, VIP seats: 162) In the 8th minute, Anssi Furuholm made a precise shot to the right of Kaapro Hauhtonen. FC Amöba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Turo Askolin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Amöba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Andreas the free kick. Turo Askolin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Anssi Furuholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 17 minutes, Anssi Furuholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Andreas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anssi Furuholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When FC Andreas's Anssi Furuholm in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Turo Askolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 40 played minutes FC Andreas got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Tuka. FC Amöba's Antti Kuhta got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Huub Stegeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jyrki Raninen in the 45th minute of play. Kaapro Hauhtonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anssi Furuholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jyrki Raninen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Andreas! In the 57th minute there was a penalty for FC Amöba. Valio Ketola stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Huub Stegeman. 2-2. Huub Stegeman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antti Kuhta, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The long shot by Joona Lähtelä in the 67th minute really tested Kaapro Hauhtonen's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When FC Andreas's Anssi Furuholm in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 86th match minute, FC Andreas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Tuka to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antti Kuhta in the 87th minute of play forced FC Andreas's goalkeeper Huub Stegeman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Gabriel Sakáč got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
