With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Seyfi Akdal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 5th minute Aatos Koivisto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Seyfi Akdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Ilppo Loikala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Surnu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester United the free kick. Ahmet Seyfi Akdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aatos Koivisto in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Surnu defense, 狄银铮 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Seyfi Akdal. The FC Surnu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Seyfi Akdal should have stopped the shot. Ahmet Seyfi Akdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aatos Koivisto in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Surnu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaakoppi Vilmunen was slow to take the kick. During this time Manchester United's players had a chance to rest. Ahmet Seyfi Akdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aatos Koivisto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Seyfi Akdal came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester United's Aatos Koivisto. But to his dismay, Aatos Koivisto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The FC Surnu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Manchester United were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ilppo Loikala was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, FC Surnu's goalkeeper Ahmet Seyfi Akdal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lu Cheng Di. Ahmet Seyfi Akdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lu Cheng Di, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Ahmet Seyfi Akdal made an important save on a dangerous shot by 狄银铮 in the 59th minute. 66 minutes into the match, FC Surnu's goal looked a bit too open when Nuutti Jokiranta came free, but Ahmet Seyfi Akdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 狄银铮's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Ahmet Seyfi Akdal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Ahmet Seyfi Akdal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 90 minutes into the game, Manchester United's Nuutti Jokiranta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Seyfi Akdal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 93rd minute Lu Cheng Di shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Seyfi Akdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes FC Surnu got a freekick which was hit by Rauli Järventie. When the final whistle sounded Manchester United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Surnu.
