Spectators: 8150 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Elmo Rautee made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Otavan Otsot's Iisakki Leonoff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Izydor Wierzbicki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Moise Burileanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elmo Rautee might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahvo Kiuru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elmo Rautee ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 7th minute, Riku Villanen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elmo Rautee got free with Ahvo Kiuru in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Otavan Otsot's goal looked a bit too open when Moise Burileanu came free, but Ahvo Kiuru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miro Meltoranta spun around in front of the goal 15 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Uupelo FC's goal. After having played for 17 minutes, Elmo Rautee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uupelo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elmo Rautee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iisakki Leonoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Izydor Wierzbicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elmo Rautee succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 26th playminute. With his leg Ahvo Kiuru managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Uupelo FC's Elmo Rautee fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 31 played minutes Uupelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaakkima Timmonen. Otavan Otsot's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Moise Burileanu scored to the left of an out of position Ahvo Kiuru, making the score, 2-0. Moise Burileanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Otavan Otsot's Ahvo Kiuru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Otavan Otsot from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Otavan Otsot's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaakkima Timmonen was slow to take the kick. During this time Uupelo FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Uupelo FC's Moise Burileanu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Elmo Rautee got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Uupelo FC booed when Otavan Otsot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isko Palonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Elmo Rautee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iisakki Leonoff was the one to do the kick off. Isko Palonen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iisakki Leonoff was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Otavan Otsot's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Otavan Otsot's Rainer Veikkanen shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Izydor Wierzbicki but with some difficulty. Ahvo Kiuru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmo Rautee, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Otavan Otsot's goalkeeper Ahvo Kiuru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Izydor Wierzbicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iisakki Leonoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68thth minute of the game Elmo Rautee who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Otavan Otsot's Ahvo Kiuru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elmo Rautee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahvo Kiuru having to interfere. In the 73rdth minute of the game Iisakki Leonoff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uupelo FC's Izydor Wierzbicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elmo Rautee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moise Burileanu struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ahvo Kiuru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uupelo FC. If Elmo Rautee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahvo Kiuru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Burileanu in the 82nd minute of the match. Uupelo FC were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Otavan Otsot's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaakkima Timmonen took the corner. The corner ended in Jaakkima Timmonen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Otavan Otsot's Ahvo Kiuru did a great save. Kaarlo Vestman's late challenge caught a Uupelo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kaarlo Vestman helped the player get up and apologised. Kaarlo Vestman kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Ahvo Kiuru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elmo Rautee in the 88th minute of play. In the 97th minute Iisakki Leonoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Wierzbicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uupelo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Otavan Otsot for a fine match.
