When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Ilppo Loikala put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cássio Ramos. If Janne Töpperwien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 96th minute Ohto Lamminen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Seyfi Akdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
