Iiro Santahuhta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Heinolahti FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ossi Kuuttinen hit a great ball. Rauli Paavola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Iiro Santahuhta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manfred Tunander to strike the kick off in the second half. After 78 minutes Heinolahti FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Grzegorz Biskupiak who took care of the corner kick. Juha Ripatti kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jyri Rintala got free with Alfred Caspersson in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Heinolahti FC's Alfred Caspersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Tunander in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Heinolahti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juho Ronkainen to maneuver through the defense. Juho Ronkainen hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Alfred Caspersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jyri Rintala in the 87th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Svartböle FC's Jyri Rintala slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfred Caspersson. That made the score 3-2 after 87 minutes of play. If Aukusti Seikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Svartböle FC's Manfred Tunander got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Heinolahti FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Heikki Lumijärvi in the 96th minute.
