The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Osmo Pasanen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslaw Marud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, LBTeam's goal looked a bit too open when Salomon Sanevuori came free, but Cris Erosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Turo Holappa took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmo Pasanen. Osmo Pasanen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Osmo Pasanen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Turo Holappa's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Cris Erosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orvo Hämäläinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of LBTeam booed when Mustanisdfemi IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orvo Hämäläinen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osmo Pasanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radoslaw Marud, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half LBTeam were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Radoslaw Marud made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, LBTeam's Turo Holappa made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osmo Pasanen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sipi Vähäsavo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. If Turo Holappa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Mustanisdfemi IFK's Osmo Pasanen got control of the ball when Turo Holappa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mustanisdfemi IFK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Osmo Pasanen went to the wrong direction when Kasperi Bärlund was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Cris Erosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jyrki Hiedanpää in the 77th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turo Holappa got free with Osmo Pasanen in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Mustanisdfemi IFK's Tapio Nitti got a free kick in the 86th minute. Osmo Pasanen was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Radoslaw Marud capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Radoslaw Marud really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Pasi Hietamäki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmo Pasanen having to interfere.
