Osmo Pasanen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Mustanisdfemi IFK getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Taavi Kotilahti hit a great ball. Timo Turpeinen took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmo Pasanen. Osmo Pasanen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Mustanisdfemi IFK's Osmo Pasanen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Turpeinen in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Toukola booed when Mustanisdfemi IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tapio Nitti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jarno Blom kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Mustanisdfemi IFK's Osmo Pasanen got control of the ball when Kuisma Lundell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Timo Turpeinen scored 3-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osmo Pasanen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Osmo Pasanen was a little too slow when Timo Turpeinen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 4-0. When Taisto Vihermäki fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mustanisdfemi IFK's protests and gave Taisto Vihermäki a yellow card for diving instead. Taisto Vihermäki hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aarre Kuusela got free with Osmo Pasanen in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute, Salomon Sanevuori got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toukola were furious when Tero Salmelainen was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Toukola's Tero Salmelainen got a free kick in the 37th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Tarsan Sarbini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toukola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarsan Sarbini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Salomon Sanevuori left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mustanisdfemi IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 48th minute Jarno Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timo Teräs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Osmo Pasanen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aarre Kuusela in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Aarre Kuusela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osmo Pasanen was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 58 minutes into the game, Toukola's Aarre Kuusela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osmo Pasanen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. 62 minutes into the game, Toukola's Timo Turpeinen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After 65 minutes of play, Toukola's Tero Jämsänen made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osmo Pasanen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 70th minute Aarre Kuusela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osmo Pasanen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mustanisdfemi IFK's zone, Timo Turpeinen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osmo Pasanen came out of the goal and Timo Turpeinen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Toukola booed when Mustanisdfemi IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aki Kangasniemi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aarre Kuusela in the 73rd minute of play forced Mustanisdfemi IFK's goalkeeper Osmo Pasanen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timo Teräs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarno Blom's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Tapio Nitti kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Osmo Pasanen came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Toukola's Veeti Mäkinen. But to his dismay, Veeti Mäkinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. Kuisma Lundell kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Veeti Mäkinen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toukola's supporters rose to their feet, but Veeti Mäkinen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osmo Pasanen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Veeti Mäkinen took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmo Pasanen. Osmo Pasanen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. Salomon Sanevuori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timo Teräs having to interfere. Tarsan Sarbini's late challenge caught a Mustanisdfemi IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tarsan Sarbini helped the player get up and apologised. Tarsan Sarbini kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Jarno Blom shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Timo Teräs showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Toukola's goal looked a bit too open when Orvo Hämäläinen came free, but Timo Teräs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Mustanisdfemi IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tapio Nitti to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Toukola players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
